Big Country Family Dental is seeking a full time Dental Assistant with strong chairside skills!
Looking for someone who is very customer service oriented, has at least 2+ years experience, and be willing to acclimate their skills and abilities. Experience with Dentrix software is preferred, but not mandatory. This position is for a four day work week, Monday through Thursday. Very competitive compensation for the right team member.

Dental Assistant:  Bilingual Dental Assistant: Seeking a temporary full-time Bilingual Dental Assistant for our  East Wenatchee location. The Dental Assistant’s primary job function include being responsible for assisting the Dentist in the provision of services to patient independently, through proper training and support. In addition will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of the exam rooms daily. Responsible for follow up with the patients visit understanding of dental treatment planning. Other duties include knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Dental Assisting school certificate preferred. Must be registered as a Dental Assistant with the WA State Department of Health. Accreditation from a Dental Assisting program preferred. Basic Life Support required. Dental Assisting experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual in English/Spanish required. CVCH offers competitive wages and excellent benefit package.

Apr 4, 2015:  Week #2:   OSHA/If Saliva Were Red, Continuation of dentition.

Apr 11, 2015:  Week #3:   Now the fun begins! We did our first impressions & pour ups today…what a messy FUN time!!! Introduction to instruments.

Apr 18, 2015:  Week #4:   Evaluation on Impressions/pour ups–We are going to do great!!! Evaluation of morning set-up/operation of the lab. Our brains are getting full. Introduction to tray set ups.

We will have submitted your applications for your “Dental Assistant Registration” .

Upon completing this class you will have the skills and the confidence to apply for entry level dental assistant positions and know that when hired , they  can mold you into the perfect employee for their team.
